Four racks
We don't do seasons, we do racks. Each one opens when it's ready and closes when the hangers are empty.

The main rack. Shredded denim, bleach-burned fleece, tartan and platforms — cut in the Yekaterinburg studio, thirty of each and never again.

One-of-one reworks built from traded-in garments and factory offcuts. Every piece is a different size, a different history, a different mistake.

Black on black on black. Stencils sprayed at 3am in the stairwell on Sverdlova, for people who leave the club when the trams start again.

Old runs that came back to us. Repaired, re-tagged, priced lower and sold as they are. No returns, no illusions.

Our first menswear rack. Tailoring dragged through the yard — pinned lapels, chained trenches, bleach-burned gabardine and knits cut open on purpose. Shot in one day, one boy, ten looks.

Objects, not outfits. Hand-painted truckers, bleach-eaten denim with club patches, tartan kilts pinned shut — each one shot alone on concrete like evidence.

The footwear rack. Ten pairs built for pavement, tram steps and the wrong side of the yard — velvet and chain, hammered steel toes, safety pins soldered into loafers. Made on old Ural lasts, finished by hand, thirty pairs each.

The womenswear rack, shot in one day across the yards, underpasses and stairwells of the city. Leather cut sharp, denim shredded to the thread, tartan, satin, checkerboard and chain — ten looks, nine angles each.

The autumn pleat rack. Ten kilts and skirts cut for wet October — blackwatch wool, olive tartan, sprayed denim and leather wraps, all strapped, chained or pinned shut. Made for wind on the stairs at Uralmash.

The accessories rack: cast silver, spiked velvet, corset leather and bags built like tool kits. Ten pieces, nine angles each — the parts that turn a plain thing into ours.

The trouser rack, men's and women's on the same rail. Corset waists, tartan gussets, hook-and-eye side seams, bleach burn and moto zips — eight cuts, shot flat and on the body.

The jacket rail. Club-patch truckers bleached to bone, hand-sprayed anarchy denim, spiked tweed, tactical crop and a road-worn leather cut — nine outer layers built to be worn wrong.
